The Union County Emergency Operations Center consisted of a new 3,477 SF facility which houses the dispatch department of the Union County Sheriff’s department. The facility includes a space for dispatch operations, an emergency operations room, offices, emergency overnight sleep.
The existing Jail facility in Lancaster County was constructed in 1978. The constant overcrowding of the current facility led the unsafe environment of both inmates and correctional officers.
This project consists of a new 3-bay Fire Station with underground utilities, underground prep for a future fuel station, landscape and irrigation. Interior finishes including painting, concrete polishing, concrete sealing, carpet and tile flooring, and kitchen equipment.

This project consists of campus wide interior/exterior renovations of 226,533 SF of existing buildings, as well as a new cafeteria building (Bldg 11) and site improvements. The exterior improvements will include the replacement of the majority of the existing domestic.
The project consists of a new 2-story terminal building totaling 8,570 square feet. This structural will include Waiting Area, Community Rooms, Flight Lounge, Restrooms and Office Spaces for Airport Staff and Guests.

This project consists of a 4-story, 138,381 SF, medical research facility for Florida State University in association with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The facility will include community outreach and a conference center, patient clinics, clinical research (dry bench) and health science.
This project consists of multiphase construction including a new 4.5 acre stormwater facility, a new single story classroom building, and outdoor performance pavilion, and a new stand-alone gymnasium.
