The project consists of a 15,558 square foot concrete structure designated as a Risk Category IV essential facility. The building will provide office and bunk space for the emergency management team and other key staff during an emergency event. Features of the structure include tilt wall exterior, TPO flat roof with lightweight insulating concrete, impact rated exterior doors and windows, complete suite of interior finishes, fire sprinklers, MEPs and backup generator.
