This project was a 29,000 SF expansion to the existing detention center. It is a plant precast concrete structure, consisting of four direct supervision type housing dormitories, each with 64 beds and one 8 bed unit housing for 17 year.

This project consisted of a stand-alone three-story county courthouse of approximately 110,000 gross square feet situated on 19 acres on Avalon Boulevard in Milton. The building houses eight courtrooms, eight judge’s suites and all the necessary support services including a secure holding area for inmates, hearing rooms, a law library, evidence rooms, jury selection and jury deliberation spaces.
