This 12,309 SF (10,894 SF of building with a 1,415 SF canopy) project consisted of construction of a new competition pool adjacent to the Student Wellness Complex Building 61. The 50M pool is 25 yards wide and open to all.

The UNF Osprey Clubhouse and Pool Facility is a 2-story facility comprised of common spaces that offers housing amenities to the resident student population. The project provides a Pool facility and building spaces for a Game Lounge, Laundry and Kitchen.
This three-story building houses classrooms, teaching labs, faculty offices, auditoriums, meeting space and student services. The design provided infrastructure elements to accommodate a 8,200-square-foot Disability Resource Center addition.

The UNF Biological Sciences Building Project consisted of a new 116,500 GSF Teaching and Research Facility with the Coastal Biology Program as the flagship of the department. The teaching labs are programmed for 24 students utilizing a 1280 SF lab.

This project consisted of two phases encompassing 107,000 total gross SF. Phase I consisted of the renovation of Skinner-Jones Hall North in conjunction with the construction of a new 59,000 SF four story building.
