University of North Florida Competition Pool

This 12,309 SF  (10,894 SF of building with a 1,415 SF canopy) project will consist of construction of a new competition pool adjacent to the Student Wellness Complex Building 61. The 50M pool will be 25 yards wide and open to all UNF students, not just the athletes. There will be a seven-foot end for diving, a shallow section in the middle for recreational use, and 13 feet deep at the opposite to allow for diving platforms.

This project will also include the relocation of three exterior tennis courts and existing underground utilities. There were also be new public restrooms, locker rooms with showers, a controlled/secure entrance, admin offices, support services and associated pool equipment storage, as well as mechanical space.
