This project consisted of a 265,000 SF school set on 33 acres in Spring Hill. Hernando Explorer School was based off of Challenger K-8, a prototype school completed by Ajax in 2005.

The project consisted of a 3 million dollar, 10 classroom, 16,000 SF addition to the existing Challenger K-8 School of Science and Mathematics. Ajax Building Corporation’s success and knowledge with the original project made it a logical and smooth transition.
