PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovation/Remodel of 4th Floor Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Institute to house the Center for Movement Disorders. This project consisted of approximately 14,400 SF or remodeling of the existing fourth floor of the University of Florida Orthopedics Building. Work required demolition and removal of existing interior partitions, doors and door frames, ceilings, and finishes. Select ceiling light fixtures and other MEP components were preserved for reuse in the new construction. New construction resulted in exam rooms, clerical spaces, and other support facilities for a Movement Disorders and Neurorestoration Center serving the University of Florida and the world at large.
