Santa Rosa’s new $42M courthouse on track to be complete by end of 2021

“The Santa Rosa County courthouse on Avalon Boulevard — one of the largest, most expensive construction projects the county has ever undertaken — is slated to be complete within a year, said county and construction officials Friday. The three-story, 115,000-square-foot building in Milton is on track to be finished by the end of 2021, and courthouse officials are slated to start moving into the building by the second quarter of 2022.

County officials toured the facility Friday morning to get an update on its progress.
