This project was the third phase of a three-phase contract for $2,900,000 spent during the summers of 2013, 2014 & 2015 at Georgia Institute of Technology to renovate three different sections of campus housing. Phase 1 was the remainder of the ULC East and West Building, Phase 2 was the 6th Street Apartments, and Phase 3 was the Maulding Residence Hall. The work included complete replacement of cabinets, appliances, sinks, vanities, and flooring. The work also included modifications to the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems to accommodate the new construction. Drywall and painting for the areas of renovation, and installation of owner furnished residential kitchen appliances was also included. There are 259 bedrooms (some of which are used as offices), 67 suites and 249 beds.
