The new Tallahassee Police Department Headquarters will replace the existing facility, which has been occupied since 1972 and steadily outgrown, on a 12 acre city owned site site located at 1940 N. Monroe Street (previously Northwood Centre Mall).
This was the City of Tallahassee’s first Construction Management Project. Fire Station Number 15 is located on Bannerman Road in Northeast Tallahassee.
