This two phased project consisted of replacement of the entire HVAC system including new equipment, duct work, controls, new lighting fixtures, and new roofing throughout. The first phase of 10,000 SF included demolition of soffits, welding, and laying out of.
This project consisted of the construction of a new 7,900 SF Central Energy Plant and associated site improvements. Ajax constructed this plant for Tampa Bay Trane, who is in turn providing this infrastructure to Pinellas County Government.

The project was a design-assist pre-cast concrete building prototype. It consisted of an approximate 8,176 GSF single story building including a 6-classroom addition constructed of off-site fabricated precast exterior wall and roof structural systems, above the structural precast roof system.
Sanders Elementary School is the District’s first magnet school and emphasizes science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM). Four original buildings were completely renovated, while six new buildings were constructed to create a true 21st century educational facility.

The University of South Florida Tampa Continuing Contract Path/ Derm Lab project was the renovation of three classrooms in the USF Public Health Building. Renovations included new finishes but main intent of the project was to replace two old accordion doors with new Automatic Operable Walls.
