The UNF Osprey Clubhouse and Pool Facility is a 2-story facility comprised of common spaces that offers housing amenities to the resident student population. The project provides a Pool facility and building spaces for a Game Lounge, Laundry and Kitchen.

The $7.4 million project provided a new 30,000 square foot classroom and laboratory facility to house the College’s growing teacher education programs, as well as the service-learning and student academic support programs.
This three-story building houses classrooms, teaching labs, faculty offices, auditoriums, meeting space and student services. The design provided infrastructure elements to accommodate a 8,200-square-foot Disability Resource Center addition.
