Project Spotlight: Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services – New Conner Facility
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services 580,220 SF headquarters will serve more than 900 employees and support the agency’s mission for decades to come. The 25-acre campus will include a five-story office building, four-story parking garage, and central utility plant.
This project is more than constructing buildings, it’s about creating an environment. The new campus will feature enhanced roadway infrastructure, multiple outdoor gathering spaces, a pedestrian bridge overlooking a scenic water feature, and beautiful landscaping, all designed to provide a modern, connected environment that reflects the importance of this facility and the people it will serve.
