Ajax Building Corporation Celebrates Excellence Of 21 Trade Partners Across Florida, Georgia
TALLAHASSEE, FL— August 13, 2015 – Ajax Building Corporation, a nationally recognized family-owned commercial construction management company, has named 21 trade partners as Subcontractor of the Year winners for their commitment to teamwork, safety and a high level of quality in 13 building projects across Florida and Georgia.
The winning subcontractors delivered exemplary work on a broad range of projects recently completed and managed out of seven regional areas throughout both states. They included projects on five separate higher education campuses, two elementary schools, two libraries, a hospital, an airport and an emergency operations center.
The awards are divided into the following three professional categories 1) Site/Structural/Building Trades, 2) Finish Trades and 3) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology (MEPT) Trades. The regional winners included:

Winners were selected from criteria based on the company’s safety programs and practices, adherence to the project schedule, project documentation, their ability to contribute to a quality job for each client, and their overall teamwork approach in the performance of their work.
