Safety 360 Training is Taking Construction Safety to the Next Level
“Safety 360 is a behavior-based approach, with new-and-improved training, engagement and recognition to ensure the Structure Tone organization is at the leading edge of construction safety. ” LF Driscoll, one of the members of the Structure Tone Building Group family is the imitative creator and launched it in 2016. Three of the main program components is Training which targets the psychology behind creating safety minded-ness, Awareness which asks the employee to constantly be taking inventory of their surroundings, and Positive Reinforcement recognizes and rewards project teams who are achieving the highest level of safety.
