Lee County Emergency Operations Center Expansion

Lee County has contracted with Ajax to provide a 30,000 SF addition to their existing EOC facility on Ortiz Avenue. The addition will be 2 stories and constructed on tilt-wall panels, a hardened roof assembly, and impact window/entrance assemblies. This will include Emergency Management staff offices, restrooms/bunk space, a multi-purpose room with movable partitions that can hold 150 people, the county’s refueling station, operational facility and 911 call center, and the possibility of a future second floor expansion.
