Thank you for your interest in working with Ajax Building Corporation as a subcontractor or vendor.

At Ajax, we take great pride in delivering our projects on-time, on-budget and with a level of quality that exceeds industry standards.  In order to ensure the success of our projects, it is our goal to staff each and every project with a team of management staff, subcontractors and vendors that are fully qualified to perform the work at hand and are complimentary in respect to their efforts.

As standard policy, we require that all prospective subcontractors and vendors successfully complete our prequalification process on a project specific basis prior to receiving consideration as a qualified bidder.  We recognize that the ultimate success of our projects is dependent upon our ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with pro-active, quality-oriented subcontractors and vendors with the manpower and resources to properly manage and deliver their work on-time and on-budget.  This prequalification process is the first step in developing those relationships.

In order to ensure that your firm has every opportunity to receive consideration as a prospective subcontractor or vendor for Ajax projects, please follow the instructions outlined below.

SUBCONTRACTOR / VENDOR PROFILE INFORMATION

In order to provide Ajax Building Corporation with basic contact information and general company information that may be required in determining whether or not your firm should be considered as a prospective subcontractor or vendor for a particular project, we request that you prepare and submit a completed Subcontractor / Vendor Profile Questionnaire.  By providing this information, you will ensure that Ajax has accurate and up-to-date contact information as well as a general understanding of your firm’s business structure, scope of services, project capabilities and geographical interests.

Note:  The Subcontractor / Vendor Profile Questionnaire is intended to provide Ajax Building Corporation with basic information regarding your firm and does not serve as a form of prequalification to participate on one of our projects (see Bidder Prequalification Information below for instructions on our bidder prequalification process).

BIDDER PREQUALIFICATION INFORMATION

As standard policy, Ajax Building Corporation requires that all prospective subcontractors and vendors successfully complete our bidder prequalification process on a “project specific” basis prior to receiving consideration as a qualified bidder.

This prequalification process provides assurances that the project will be staffed with a team of construction professionals that can provide the expertise, manpower and resources required to successfully deliver all project requirements.  Additionally, this prequalification process provides assurances to qualified bidders will they will be competing for project scope packages on a level playing field with peers of similar qualification.

In order to become prequalified as an approved bidder for one of Ajax Building Corporation’s projects, your firm will be required to submit a completed Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire for review and approval. All prequalification efforts should be coordinated directly with our project team members identified in the project information below.

NOTE: Prospective bidders must successfully complete Ajax Building Corporation’s prequalification process on a “project specific” basis.  It is strongly recommended that your firm retain an electronic copy of your completed Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire and all related attachments for future reference as this information must be submitted for each project that you pursue with Ajax.
