University of Florida Heavener Hall

Classroom, academic advising and student study/meeting space will be provided in this new home for undergraduates at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. This is Ajax’s second major project for the Warrington College of Business. Generally, this will be a student-oriented building with a vibrant, open, welcoming, colorful and celebratory environment that showcases the accomplishments of current and former students while supporting academic and extracurricular activities such as “Warrington Welcome” (a success course for first-year students) and “Florida Leadership Academy” for the top 100 sophomores. The project will be three stories with roughly 57,000 SF and have a brick façade in the University Gothic style.
