The Radisson originally housed the historic Duval Hotel, a Tallahassee landmark in the 1940′s and 1950′s. The 92,000 SF, 8-story structure was completely renovated and upgraded and now stands as a four-star hotel.
Renovations included remodeling of the lobby and entrance areas, a restaurant expansion and upgrade, as well as the addition of spacious conference rooms and exterior improvements.
Ajax crews completed the extensive interior remodeling, including all rough and finish carpentry. By self-performing intricate portions of work, $75,000 in savings was returned to the owner. The project was completed on schedule.
