PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Ajax Building Corporation recently completed the new $8 million Wakulla County Riversprings Middle School project.

As part of the Wakulla County School System, the new facility has the ability to accommodate 673 stations for students in grades 6 thru 8. The 100,000SF building has a maximum capacity of 576 students. The common use areas are designed for an ultimate capacity of 1,045.

The construction consisted of classrooms, administrative areas, a cafeteria, a new gymnasium, staff parking areas, and extensive site work.

The architect on the project, Hicks Nation Architects, has been an ongoing partner with Ajax on several large CM projects. Over time the Ajax & Hicks Nation team have been able to perfect their partnership, allowing them to deliver a project that exceeds the owner’s expectations.
