PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project consisted of three new buildings being constructed and minimal systems renovations in two existing buildings. The Academic Building is approximately 46,772 sf, Administration building is approximately 7,110 sf, Cafeteria building is approximately 24,441 sf. All buildings have stem walls and continuous footings with block and brick exterior walls. Interior walls are block or metal stud. Roof and floor systems vary from precast hollowcore to composite deck. All roof systems are flat composite deck with lightweight concrete. Approximately 34,000 sf of existing buildings will be demolished.
