Southeast Construction Magazine Best of 2007 Award - Award of Merit K-12

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project consisted of renovations and additions to the existing Liberty Middle School campus to bring it to Orange County Public School’s prototype standards and eliminate all existing Life Safety/Fire deficiencies.

It included demolition, site work, landscaping, renovation of existing and construction of new parking areas, and the renovation of existing underground utilities.

The work also included interior demolition and remodeling of selected existing campus buildings, including the replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and roof renovations. The work further includes the construction of new additions to be furnished and equipped.
