PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project consisted of a new two-story classroom building, a new cafeteria, new gymnasium and new media center/culinary arts building. The main building, a three-story solid concrete building had the interior completely demolished and renovated. The two remaining buildings on campus will have some systems renovations work done over the summer.

New construction will be brick veneer with an 8" (and in some cases 12") CMU backup. The roof system will be steel bar joists and metal deck. Roofing consisted of a modified bituminous roof system on rigid insulation. Exterior windows are operable and fixed units, with tinted single glazing.
