ARCHITECT:Alfonso Architects, Inc.
BUDGET: $18,000,000
COMPLETION DATE: December 2008

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This new facility is approximately 100,600 gross square feet. The structure is a 5 story structural steel frame building with an architectural pre-cast panel and glass curtainwall exterior. The building will provide offices, meeting rooms, and training space for physicians and faculty, and the USF Physicians Group. This building and it new tenants will be serving patients at the USF Morsani Center for Advanced Health Care, North Clinic, as well as other medical clinics, programs, and departments on campus. The floor plans are designed with a mixed layout where some areas are partitioned offices and some are open areas. This design allows for versatile use where user groups may expand and contract over time. This new structure will be adjacent to the USF Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare, North Clinic, which is also currently under construction by Ajax. These two buildings have different architectural features and style, yet, their pre-cast finishes will be similar.

CURRENT STATUS (6/23/08):
Ductwork is currently being hung on floors two, three, and four. Pre-Cast erection is complete. Interior wall framing is underway on floors two through five. MEP interior rough-in is ongoing. Curtainwall erection has begun on the North face.
