PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This is a two-phase project. The first phase consists of the new 3-story Student Services Building with an enclosed area of approximately 77,000 GSF. The building will be a composite structural steel and concrete structure with exterior brick masonry and curtain wall system. The roof will be a single-ply membrane roofing system. The building will include banquet halls, dining areas, kitchen, meeting space, and administrative offices.

The second phase of the project is a renovation to an existing student bookstore. The building is approximately 33,000 GSF and consists of a coffee shop, game room, offices, the student bookstore, and storage space.

CURRENT STATUS (1/1/12):

Currently, the sod and landscaping has been completed for phase one.  The Architect has started review for substantial completion.  All subcontractors are working on deficiency items and some have completed their work and pulled off site.   Ajax is working towards getting substantial completion this month.
