PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The new facility will replace New College’s existing Palmer Buildings A, C, D, and E which currently contain a mix of academic and administrative spaces. Work of this project will consist of the design and construction of approximately 30,000 GSF (Gross Square Feet) of faculty offices, academic classrooms, business offices, general administrative offices and support facilities. Upon completion of construction and relocation from the Palmer Buildings, the existing structures will be demolished and the site restored. This will be a LEED certified project
