PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Ajax Building Corporation has recently completed the design portion of a 1855 space design/build parking garage.  This garage has been designed to incorporate a shell classroom and office space on level one with parking on 5 levels above.  Special consideration for sound transmission and weather tightness has been incorporated to isolate the open air garage from the future interior occupied space on the first floor.  In addition to the structure itself, an outdoor amphitheater has been incorporated by enhancing the outside facade of the parking structure to allow for movie and theatrical performances.  The project will be constructed utilizing a precast concrete design.
