PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of one 21,440 SF, single story, stand alone 12 classroom building on the west (back) side of Ed White High School. The building is constructed of block and brick with steel joists and deck, and bituminous roofing on light weight concrete. Demolition includes 2 existing concrete pads used as outdoor basketball courts to make room for the building pad.

CURRENT STATUS (08/06/10):
New Building – Roofing is complete.  Exterior brick is 85% complete.  The sloped sidewalk adjacent to the building has been installed.  Grading around the building is underway.  Air handling units are installed and currently being piped.  Interior painting is 70% complete and ceiling grid is 35% complete.

Bus Loop Area - The Bus Loop and Student Parking Lot are 95% paved and curbed.  Sidewalks are complete and aluminum canopy is underway.  Fencing is 80% complete and sodding is in progress.
