PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project will include construction of an approximately 22,000 SF single story structure including a new gymnasium, culinary arts, music dance and art rooms as well as a gallery / lobby and administration area. The structure is a combination of tilt-panel concrete for the exterior and a pre-engineered steel structure for the interior structure and roof. Also included is the complete demolition of the existing Cypress Recreation Center, adjacent basketball courts and paved parking areas.

CURRENT STATUS (3/1/12):

The building has been turned over to the owner. All finishing work has been completed. Final sitework has been completed and the irrigation system and landscaping installed. Interior finishes are complete with final punchlist items now being addressed.
