PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project is a 35,000sf Fleet Maintenance Facility for Charlotte County Public Works. Project will have approximately 6500sf of office space with an additional 29,000sf of light and heavy duty maintenance bays. Also included is a fuel depot and vehicle wash stations.

90% Complete with Preconstruction Services
